Please note that you will be able to track all shipments (Freight Shipments + customs clearance shipments) through a single portal via our website.

Every customer will receive an invitation email to create an account (the username will be: your email and the password you will create. 

As soon as any shipment is confirmed with ASL for clearance an automatic email will be sent to all the contacts registered with ASL with the reference number of this shipment as well as estimated delivery date. 

Another email will be sent as soon as shipment is actually ready for delivery. Those are the 2 emails that will be sent. All the events that will be happening in between the confirmation and the readiness will be mentioned on our system for you checking online.

If you require any other email to be sent for every event, please inform us and we will customize the automatic emails at your convenience.
