Starting from 12-02-2023, customers shipping container cargo through Port de Beirut will be subject to additional charges in the form of Port Rehabilitation Fees. The fees will be 15 USD per 20 DV container and 22 USD per 40 DV container.
In addition to the Port Rehabilitation Fees, and starting 30-01-2023, all other port charges such as BTS (weighing) or any other charges issued by the port will be subject to a 3.5% increase with a maximum cap of 450 USD.
These charges will be included in the official port de Beirut invoice. Customers with any questions or in need of clarification are encouraged to contact the port for assistance.
